Hornet

The Hornet is an Eldar scouting vehicle, used on reconnaissance missions and hit-and-run attacks. Hornets are piloted by one crewman.

Weapons and Armament

Eldar Hornets are normally equiped with Star Engines, which combined with the vehicles aerodynamic structure, allow it to be propelled to great speeds. They can also carry two weapons a myrad of different armments, from shuriken cannons to missile launchers to even Pulse lasers.

Deployment Strategy

Hornets, because of their role as scouting and hit-and-run mission vehicles, are seen ahead of the main assault force of Wave Serpents and Falcons. Normally deployed in squadrons of 1-3 vehicles, they are seen often supporting other Eldar scout vehicles, such as jetbikes and Vypers.
