House Manticos was a Knight House of Adrastapol that secretly worshiped the Chaos God Tzeentch.

However, when their Heresy was discovered, the House was destroyed by the Imperium along with its keep on the Knight World. The only survivor of Manticos' purge was Lady Alicia Kar Manticos[1a], who was discovered in the ruins of the House's keep by Adrastapol's Viscount Gerraint Tan Chimaeros of House Chimaeros, and she later became his consort.[1b]
