Kabe's Herald is an heirloom of Cadia. Knight Commander Kabe was a legendary Cadian officer who was slain battling a renegade Warhound Titan in his Leman Russ Battle Tank. However, his upgraded high-gain vox herald was recovered from the wreckage, and those with this relic allow his voice to still wash in and out through the static, transmitting orders in support of his living successors.[1]
