The planet's main industry is mining, specifically the mining of a psychically active crystalline mineral called lorelei, but its harsh desert climate prevents further development and life is hard.^[1b]

In M41, the planet was invaded by the Orks of Waaagh! Gratzdakka and became a battlefield. The planet was eventually liberated by a combined force of Black Templars Space Marines and Imperial Guard forces of Paragon VI, Atraxia and Savlar.^[1g]
