The Kallern Massacres occurred when a large number of terror weapons were unleashed upon the population of the Imperium world of Kallern. The Flesh Tearers and Doom Eagles Chapters were sent to end the threat, but when the Flesh Tearers arrived they attacked anyone who stood in their way as they fought the terror weapons. When the last terror weapon was finally destroyed, millions of the Imperium's citizens lay dead and the Flesh Tearers' actions on Kallern had earned them the attention of the Inquisition.[1]
