Kotto

Kotto is a Fleet Admiral of the Imperial Navy. Noble-born and trained at the naval academy on Kar Duniash, Kotto was groomed for command. He later commanded the Imperial Navy contingent during the Taros Campaign, managing not only the space-based operations but also the resupply of Imperial forces on Taros.[1]
