THE Legio Cybernetica

The Legio Cybernetica is the branch of the Adeptus Mechanicus that deals with robots. Robots that do not have abominable intelligence. They have a 'brain' called a cortex, which is a piece of bioplastic. They are very basic and follow programs (Move here, find target, shoot). The Legio is organised into thousands of cohorts, which are groups of maniples. A maniple is from three to five robots with an attendant tech-adept that has been seconded to the organisation.

There are several different types of robots for different roles: Crusader (light and agile), Colossus (Siege), Cataphract (multi-purpose), Castellan (Siege and anti-tank), Conquerer (Assault and anti-tank).
