Lucius 'Slick' Devlan is a Human freelancer and gunslinger.^[1]

Earning passage from world to world by hiring himself out as a mercenary, his charges are high, but this reflects his formidable reputation across half a dozen sectors. Devlan eventually crossed paths with Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn at Proxima Finalis, when the Inquisitor hired Devlan to provide firepower for his raid on a mutant rebel hideout. Having proved his worth to Eisenhorn and with no better pay offered since, Slick has stayed in the Inquisitor's employ.^[1]
