Okassis
Okassis was a Cardinal World of the Imperium, before it was engulfed by Hive Fleet Kraken at the start of the Second Tyrannic War.[1]

During the invasion Canoness Praxedes, of the Order of Our Martyred Lady, arrived on the planet with a taskforce of Battle Sisters, to reinforce the Imperial Guard against the Tyranids. As the Tyranids assaulted the Ecclesiarchal Cathedral, the Sisters managed to obliterate the first wave, but the second managed to breach the Cathedral’s fortress-walls. As the Tyranids poured through, the Sisters fought them while Praxedes confronted the Hive Tyrant leading them. During their battle the Canoness was dealt a mortal wound, but summoned the strength to kill the Hive Tyrant; causing the Tyranid swarm to loose their focus. Praxedes' Battle Sisters wasted no time in launching a counter attack, determined to avenge the death of their Canoness, and destroyed the Tyranids attacking the Cathedral. Their assault buys the Imperium enough time to evacuate the Ecclesiarchy’s priests from Okassis; before the Tyranids have time to refocus their attack.[1]
