The Panpacific Empire was a nation-state situated around the Pacific Ocean on Earth. It flourished during the Age of Strife. Its forces, led by the tyrant Narthan Dume, were defeated by the Emperor of Mankind during the Unification Wars.^{[Needs Citation]} In these battles one of the main enemies of Panpacific Empire were the forces of the Yndonesic Bloc.^[1]
