The Adeptus Mechanicus are the mechanics and engineers of the Imperium. The are the keepers of sacred knowledge and the privileged few that know how to run the many machines that vital to keeping the Empire alive.

The Cult Mechanicus is run by the Techpriests who worship the Machine God.
