Ravenor is the first novel in the the Ravenor (Novel Series) by Dan Abnett, following the investigations of Ordo Xenos Inquisitor Gideon Ravenor, a former protege of Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn.
Summary
After being crippled in the Thracian Primaris atrocity, Gideon Ravenor has been confined to a suspensor chair, but his mind and his psychic powers are as strong as they ever were. With his retinue he travels to the Helican subsector to investigate the illicit trade in xenos-tained narcotics, but uncovers an insidious plot that goes as high as the Governor's office.
