The Shiftshroud of Alanssair is a garment that shifts its wearer from their plane of existence, which makes them completely disappear from sight. It was originally one of a dozen such relics that were created long ago by the Craftworld Alaitoc, which had gleaned the secrets of their construction from Xenos far more ancient than them. Now however only the Shiftshroud of Alanssair remains, as the others have been lost to the ages. Should an Alaitoc commander have need of this powerful relic, they will have to withdraw it from the Craftworld's deepest vault.[1]
