:I gave it a quick look, it's on page 69 of White Dwarf 310. It's a type of character that can be used as a nemesis unit in a kill-team game. Essentially, it's a ghostly entity which can support it's faction e.g. Imp Guard may get the ghost of a martyr or Saint, Astartes may get the ghost of a chapter master, eldar may get an ancestor spirit from the Infinity Circuit etc. The current text on the article is a direct quote and doesn't include some of the examples given in WD.
