There are so many mistakes...
* ''The title Shade Lord, only known to have been used by exiled Raven Guard Commander Arkhas Fal during the Great Crusade, is used by Lord Tyberos of the Carcharodons, indicating that Arkhas Fal may have gone on to be the founder of that Chapter known as the Forgotten One.[7a]'' - That's not how it is described in the novel and not in chapter 1.
* ''The Carcharodons acquire new recruits during bloody events known as Red Tithes. Red Tithes see the Carcharodons attack an Imperial world, massacring many while taking many more as slaves or Chapter Serfs. The strongest and most promising recruits however are taken to be inducted as Initiates. In events known as Grey Tithes, the Carcharodons acquire Archaeotech and trade them with the Adeptus Mechanicus for new weapons and equipment.[7] The Carcharodons also known to recruit new initiates as well as war material from the Renegade Ashen Claws.[7] '' - The novel does not mention that the Carcharodons massacre civilians. Kidnapping Yes, massacre No. It does even make a point out of the Carcharodons NOT harming employees of the Imperium during a Red Tithe. As for the Grey Tithe, there is no mention about Archaeotech. And the Ashen Claws are also nowhere mentioned in the novel.
