:When you find a dead url, it's always best to check on archive.org and see if the page was previously indexed, if so, you can then get a working archived copy and swap that out in an article for the dead url. When in doubt, just take a quick look at the help pages here, plenty of stuff like this is covered, so I frequently go back just to double check. When you find a dead url, it's always best to check on archive.org and see if the page was previously indexed, if so, you can then get a working archived copy and swap that out in an article for the dead url. When in doubt, just take a quick look at the help pages here, plenty of stuff like this is covered, so I frequently go back just to double check.
