Could the abilities of the Onager Dunecrawler of the 7th edition codex: Skitarii be added to the article like the Emanatus Force Field or would it be a Lexicanum rule infraction?

Regarding your question: One has to distinguish between actual rules and lore components contained in rules. Which admittedly is not always easy. I will make up a fictional example: It is okay and even recommended to describe the features or equipment of vehicles.
