The Merit of Terra. Note the Ribbon is Blue and Green, representing the Imperial Navy & Army.

The Merit of Terra is a Medal only awarded to those who serve in either the Imperial Navy or Imperial Army.

It is given to a loyal Guardsman who voluntarily extends their service by going to battles they weren't enlisted in, prolonging their retirement and other such acts. Bearers of The Merit of Terra are highly respected because of the diligence & self-sacrafice they have shown.
