Trisolian A4 was a Forge World of the Imperium.[1]
During the Horus Heresy, the world was the home of Belisarius Cawl, who served under the Magos Hester Aspertia Sigma-Sigma. When the fleet of Horus arrived, Hester pledged herself to the traitorous Warmaster and the space around the world became a battlezone during the Battle of Trisolian.[1] Traitor forces occupied the world thereafter, though it is unknown what ultimately became of Trisolian A4.[Needs Citation]
