Removal of Dawn of War

[1] Why are you removing Dawn of War items? That is to a video game and needs to be marked. There can be multiple categories on a page, and it is necessary for organizational purposes. 08:48, 29 March 2017 (MDT)

This category is surely useful. It is even more useful if it isn't clutted with Wargear, especially if there are special wargear categories. Also the game category didn't even include every other wargear, but only some, it is more reasonable to remove it.--Modgamers (talk) 10:48, 29 March 2017 (MDT)
PS: If you still want a game category, why not make a new one (like Equipment from Dawn of War I, II, III, etc.). --Modgamers (talk) 10:49, 29 March 2017 (MDT)
You are the one who mass removed it without cause. If you wanted to make a specific one for it, you have to do the work. If you are going to just make problematic edits like that then we are going to have a major problem. Midnight Sun (talk) 12:57, 29 March 2017 (MDT)
Hey, I don't want any trouble, nonetheless you are the one threatening me. My cause was that I've found a clutted Blood Ravens category with wargear, while there where already sub-categories for weapons and other equipment. So I simple put them into these sub-categories to clean up the - what I've thought - mess. One big category with hundreds of different articles isn't good for navigating. And by doing so I also removed the DOW category from some of the articles, as not every single one of them (not even every single one of the articles I didn't edit) had it and a DOW category has a better use then to massively put in unimportant wargear articles. And now you came and said the category served a purpose, so I gave you a suggestion how to fix the issue, as you are the one saying to me it had a purpose (but as not every piece of wargear from the game had the category I would doubt it). I personally don't see the need, as they are already marked, as you said, as a video game item by the used source and they are organized by the Equpment (Blood Ravens) sub-category, which also indecate their relation with the DOW series. Either way I don`t see the nedd to make one mega category containing every article loosely based on a certain subject, but rather put things into better organized sub-categories (if needed), like many, many other wikis do. --Modgamers (talk) 13:17, 29 March 2017 (MDT)
If a problem with a library is too many books aren't in narrow enough sections for people to find them, you don't throw away the books. Midnight Sun (talk) 13:19, 29 March 2017 (MDT)

I didn't throw away the books, I just put them in a different bookshelf and removed some misleading instruction plates. If you want the categories back, or a different category, it's a wiki. If not, then we shouldn't over dramatize it. No information is lost, so what? --Modgamers (talk) 13:29, 29 March 2017 (MDT)

You removed them without cause. Why should I have to clean up the work that you caused? Put things into subcategories if you think a category is too full. Don't remember categories in general. Midnight Sun (talk) 11:58, 30 March 2017 (MDT)
