We need to change "Adeptus Sororitas" to Adepta Sororitas (see the last paragraph of this page). I'd do it, but I can't edit this page. Also, I suppose I had better translate the text at the bottom eventually, which is still in German... --Avenging Dentist 21:34, 23 Jun 2005 (CEST)

No, Adeptus is correct (refering to the organisation), Adepta is the term for the members of the organisation. --Inquisitor S. 22:04, 23 Jun 2005 (CEST)

I think you are confusing Adept with Adepta. Show us the place where it says Adeptus Soritas, when it clearly says in a White article and in the codex: Witch Hunters that it is Adepta Soritas...

Ok, I believe I have this figured out. The German GW page does talk about the "Adeptus Sororitas", but US site universally refers to them as the Adepta Sororitas (admittedly, the UK site calls them Adeptus once, but they also use Adepta and Adeptas, so I'm going to ignore them until they pick a single name). --Avenging Dentist 22:28, 23 Jun 2005 (CEST)

It is plural feminine and the Adepta Sororitas are feminine.

Yes, but alle Organisations have names which are masculine singular? "Adepta" is actually feminine singular, since the organization is entirely female (I took Latin in high school). As for the "Categoryn", that was probably me. Adepta Sororitas. Also under The galaxy, you have two Hive Worlds.

Maintenance categories

I think we should have some maintenace categories. I've already created Category:Lexicanum stubs. But I also propose:

subcategories

Shouldn't Category:Ultramar and Category:Maelstrom be subcategories of Category:Ultima Segmentum, and Category:Eye of Terror be a subcategory of Category:Segmentum Obscurus? --Dalen 16:58, 31 Jul 2005 (CEST)

Terra

I think that we should have a category for all things on Terra, like Imperial Palace and Bell of Lost Souls. It feels a bit awkward to categorize them under Category:The Galaxy. What do you others think? --Dalen 21:44, 14 Aug 2005 (CEST)

Real world terms

I havent been able to find a category to put two articles that have links but no page(none and destroyed), do we need a category for real world non-game related articles --cpl_Hicks 18:52, 02 Oct 2005 (GMT)

That might be sensible, but I dont think the German Lexicanum has a similar page, so i will see if I can find out how it is done over there. Most likely there arn't pages for the two, but you never know --Jonru 10:24, 3 Oct 2005 (CEST)

Witch Hunters

Should there be a witch hunters entry under Ordo Hereticus? There is already an Adepta Sororitas, but Witch Hunters are different to them - ie the Adepta are part of the bigger Witch Hunter armies.

The Ordo Hereticus is the Witchhunters, so in my opinion no need for a category. --Inquisitor S. 16:32, 2 February 2006 (CET)

Massive amount of Fluff

Wish to add 2 other Ordo's to the Inquisition Ordo Sicarius and Ordo Militum. Ordo Sicarius has plenty of fluff from WD and also cited from 2nd edition Codex and the Ordo Militum is a sidenote. "The Inquisition concluded that the Officio Assassinorum was in dire need of reorganisation, and like many offices of the Administratum more rigourous monitoring by the Inquisition. An order of the Inquisition was created to monitor the Officio Assassinorum, the Ordo Sicarius." The Critical Hit website had much of this till the fascist orginisation deleted them. I have tracked down copies of them slightly modified for a WH40K RPG and waiting for permission to use some of their detail from the designer of the game. His references are : Sources:

On another note I have created several Orginisational Charts for most of the Adeptus in the Imperium based almost exclusively on canon although where this contradicts itself or is missing i hae adapted or improvised it VERY slightly. They do not seem to be uploading onto this site probably due to their format but I would very much like to share them and get some comeback from people. Will email a copy if requested from [email protected]
