Wayne England is an artist working for Games Workshop. His bio on the Black Library website states -
"Wayne England had spent a dull millenium or two working in advertising, when he had a revelation called White Dwarf. Fired up with enthusiasm for fantasy worlds and gothic SF, Wayne packed his bags and headed due south out of Barnsley, on a quest to find the GW Design Studio.
