122nd Imeldan Destriers

The 122nd Imeldan Destriers were a veteran Astra Militarum Regiment that was monitoring the Tithe of Vilidad Prime in 006.M40, when it was invaded by the Flawless Host.[1]
Despite their valiant efforts to save the world, most of the Regiment were killed in battle with the Flawless Host, during the first three days of the invasion. This left the Destriers at their mortis threshold and would have spelled the end for Vilidad's population had the Legion of the Damned not suddenly appeared. The ghostly warriors defeated the Flawless Host and saved the lives of the surviving Destriers and Vilidad as well.[1]
