The 63rd Paragonian Mechanised was a Mechanised Paragonian Regiment of the Astra Militarum.[1a]
In 397.M41 the regiment was deployed on Kalidar IV against the orks of Waaagh! Gratzdakka. In the battle on the Kostoval Flats, the 63rd and the 14th Savlar Light Infantry were assigned to Formation Beta as infantry support.[1a] They were to advance behind the tanks of the 42nd Paragonian Armoured and 7th Paragonian Super-heavy Tank Company as they engaged the orks, but the Imperials were ambushed by a number of the greenskins' heavy walkers and the 63rd were forced to retreat.[1a][1c]
