Achlys

The Achlys was a sleek Imperial warship, that took part in the Horus Heresy.^[1]

History

It was normally used for escort duty, rather than as a warship of the line. This changed in the last years of the Horus Heresy, though, when it delivered the Knight-Errants Fel Zharost and Macer Varren to Malec'Nar. This was after the world, fell to the Night Lords and it was corrupted by a Chaos ritual carried out by its Sorcerers. The Knight-Errants were charged with killing the Sorcerers, however, and after they did so, the ritual was ended.^[1]
