Aymir Vasaphon
Aymir Vasaphon is the current Chapter Master of the Exorcists and he is a taciturn warrior, who commands deep respect from those around him.[1]
History
Some 300 hundred years have passed since Vasaphon's service began, though few understand the inner workings of his mind. The Chapter Master is still haunted by the guttural voice of the Daemon of Nurgle that possessed Vasaphon for seven days, during his initiation trials, until he cast it out. However during that time, the Daemon smugly made several claims to Vasaphon and the fact that several have come true is an enduring source of concern to the Chapter Master. So much so, that Vasaphon now pursues the destruction of Nurgle's servants with particular zeal. In the Age of the Dark Imperium, Vasaphon was the first member of the Exorcists' Chapter Command to undergo the Rubicon Primaris. He considered it his duty as Chapter Master to be the first to do so, before Vasaphon then asked his peers to do the same. Now clad in Gravis Armour and wielding the relic blade Voidbane, the reborn Vasaphon is a formidable force on the battlefield.[1]
