Azazen is a Frontier World of the Imperium.^[1]

The planet was located at the edge of Wilderness Space, off the main warp conduits for millenia. With the opening of the Great Rift and the beginning of Era Indomitus, the world started to attract criminals, adventurers and xenos using it as a layover before heading into uncharted sectors. The planets human population shares the world with a xenos species, with whom the locals more or less peacefully coexist with. ^[1]
