The Borthrod Gland is a preserved gland from an extinct bull Borthrod, which is a relic of the Kroot.[1]
History
The Borthrod's flesh was irresistible to the Kroot, that they hunted the species down to extinction. Because it was preserved, however, the Gland still exudes pheromones that drives nearby Kroot into a ravenous frenzy.[1]
