Burrok's World was an Imperium world that was invaded by Orks during the War of the Beast.[1]

Its population was quickly subdued and most were taken offworld as livestock for The Beast's forces. Though a small amount of its population remained free and attacked the Orks, they could do little to stop them. Burrok's World's salvation finally came though, when a combined group of the Fists Exemplar Chapter, led by its First Captain Zerberyn, and the Grand Company of the Iron Warriors Warsmith Kalkator, attacked the Ork fleet stationed above the world. These two different groups had formed an alliance to survive The Beast's rampage across the galaxy and they quickly destroyed the Ork fleet and saved Burrok's World's remaining population. However, they simply traded one master for another, as Kalkator demanded that its population give them their remaining supplies and one hundred male youths, to help the Fists Exemplar and his Grand Company replenish the losses they had suffered resisting The Beast's forces. Though they were appalled and pleaded for mercy, Burrok's World's population was threatened with death, and reluctantly complied. Kalkator later stated that he was impressed with the population's ability to resist the Orks for as long as they had and planned to use Burrok's World as a recruitment world for his Grand Company.[1]
