Caul the Fallen was a Necromunda Redemptionist, who brought the Cult variation known as the Red Redemption to the Hive World[1b] in 893.M40.[1a]

History

According to legends, he was born on some far flung Hive World and, upon learning of the Redemption Cult, Caul took to the stars to spread its faith. He eventually reached Necromunda's wastelands and began spreading his variation of the Cult, which became known as the Red Redemption. Wherever Caul went, Red Redemption Cults were created and his righteous soldiers helped him win countless battles against Heretics, monsters and Mutants alike. These include destroying the Ember Lords of the Yearning Deeps and the Dark Arbitrators, who once ruled the lost Hives of Spoilshadow. In the centuries since his death, the Red Redemption has taken root within Necromunda's Hives and even now, Caul's legend is still remembered. His masked visage stares down from tumbled spires and broken wrecks on the Hive World, which are a constant reminder that the glory of the Redemption lives eternal.[1b]
