The General Structure

The Dark Eldar Codex is an expansion book for the Games Workshop Table Top game Warhammer 40,000. This book was published for the first time in 1998, and is for the 3rd edition of Warhammer 40,000. A revised version of the Codex was released in 2003 (see below).

The book has 48 pages and the cover is printed in color while the majority of the book remains in black and white, although there are usually several pages of colour images of miniatures.

In 2003 a revised version of the Codex with additional material by Andy Hoare and Phil Kelly was released.

The book has 48 pages and the cover is printed in color while the majority of the book remains in black and white, although there are several pages of colour images of miniatures.

The primary difference between this edition and the previous is the inclusion of Arcane Wargear, Vehicle Equipment Options, and updated rules for Wyches.
