Codex Army Lists is a 'get you by' booklet, included in the 2nd Edition boxed set of Warhammer 40,000. It includes basic lists for every 2nd edition army. It was first released in 1993. The book has 24 pages and is black and white throughout. Due to the Codex being a purely stopgap item to enable players to utilise their armies until their full army Codexes were released, there is no background information, hobby information or fiction included.
