Dekker was a Cadian Shock Trooper General and one of Cadia's most famed officers.[1]
History
After his death, Dekker's head was turned into a Servo-skull, which is now a relic of the Cadian Shock Troopers. It is used to transmit messages over the military vox-net, but the voice heard on the other end of the vox is never the person using the relic. Instead the voice of the old dead General himself, is heard giving the orders.[1]
