Dravii Lokis is a Necromundan outlaw, who was once the leader of Hive Primus' Guild of Crowns.^[1]

History

However this ended, after the Hive World's Planetary Governor, Gerontius Helmawr, deemed they had grown to powerful and banished them from Hive Primus' Spire. Afterwards, Lokis journeyed to the Underhive's Sump, where he now plots his revenge against Helmawr. He has begun building an army of fellow outcasts, which Lokis plans to use to reclaim his rightful place in Necromundan high society. And if that is refused to him, then Lokis may find a way to distribute the Guild of Crowns' genealogy records that he still owns...^[1]
