Dursnang[2]

Dursnang is an Ork Runtherd[1], who was present when Commissar Yarrick was captured by Warlord Ghazghkull, during the Battle of Golgotha.[2]

History

Afterwards, Yarrick was imprisoned aboard Ghazghkull's Ork Rok, until the Commissar engineered an escape attempt with other captured Imperials. This led them to battle their way through the Warlord's forces and Dursnang was among those who attempted to stop Yarrick and the other Imperials. The Runtherd then attacked the Commissar with his Grots, but Yarrick killed them and defeated the Ork by cutting off one of Dursnag's legs. The Runtherd survived though and Yarrick's escape soon failed. While only the Commissar still lived, an impressed Ghazghkull allowed Yarrick to return to the Imperium. This was due to the Warlord claiming that good enemies like Yarrick were hard to find - a sentiment that Dursnag agreed with. The Runtherd would later relate the conflict between the Warlord and the now legendary Commissar, to two[2] Ork Yoofs[1]. This was after the Runtherd stopped them from eating one of his Grots. A disapproving Dursnag, explained that if the Yoofs wanted to become proper Orks, they would stop picking on weaklings and spend their time fighting powerful foes like Yarrick.[2]
