Enhanced Senses are a Tyranid Biomorph.[1]
Notes
In 2nd Edition, the term "enhanced senses" means that the creature has highly developed and sensitive sight, smell and hearing. This enables it to locate hidden units much more effectively, often finding those even with special equipment designed to make them invisible.[2]
In 4th Edition, "enhanced senses" are represented by a large grouping of antennae which autopsies have shown to have created areas of neural meshing which indicates that the Tyranid is almost becoming a subordinate to its own weapon.[1],[3]
