The Eye of Octos is a Watch Fortress that is located within Ultima Segmentum's Octarius Sector and it lies close to the Ork Empire of Octarius.[1]
History
In M42, a splinter of Hive Fleet Leviathan broke off from the on-going Octarius War and invaded the nearby Pankallis Sub-sector. Its Imperial worlds called for aid and the Eye of Octos' current Commander, Akrep Xie, has now led the Fortress' forces there to aid them.[1]
