The Eye of Xi-Lexum is a Servo-Skull, that was constructed from head of the legendary Forge World Agripinaa Tech-Priest Xi-Lexum. He was famed for leading the forces under his command to acquisitional triumphs that none could match, until he was killed in battle by an agent of the Dark Mechanicum. Even in death though, he still serves his Forge World and the Eye of Xi-Lexum's withering gaze can reveal the weaknesses of every foe and is extremely effective against the forces of Chaos.[1]
