Ferrymen are Daemons that pilot the Black Legion's Arks of Omen.[1]
Description
Created by the Daemon Vashtorr, after entering an alliance with Abaddon the Despoiler, the Ferrymen are grotesque meldings of iron, brass, gears, bolts, pistons, twitching limbs, bulging eyes and rippling Warp-sensitive cilia. They serve as both the Arks of Omen bridge and crew and are also bound to obey the commands of their Arks' masters. However in truth, the Ferrymen's ultimate loyalty was to their creator Vashtorr before any mortal.[1]
