Finest Hour is a short story written by Sam Ryan. It was released as part of the 2025 Black Library Celebration in March 2025.[2]
Description
A combined force of Cadians, Elysians, Krieg, and Vostroyan troopers mount a desperate counteroffensive against the heretics, with a symbolic regimental banner being passed from one soldier to the next. Eventually, the banner lands in the hands of Mathias Thorne – can he summon the courage to deliver it back into Imperial territory?[1]
