The Firedrakes of the First Company, led by Forgefather Vulkan He'stan, launch a daring rescue mission into the webway to recover the Chaplain and the artifact he bears with him. Meanwhile, a discovery is made about newly-appointed Lexicanum Dak'ir that has Chapter Master Tu'shan and Chief Librarian Vel'cona fearing for the Chapter, and Nocturne.
