Galahoth
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Galahoth was a notoriously conservative Captain-General, whose rule in M41 led the Adeptus Custodes to suffer from stagnation. He suddenly disappeared however, right before a shocking increase in Cult activity – both heretical and xenophile – engulfed the Sol System. His successor, Andros Launceddre, was then forced to deal with not only these threats, but also undo the damage Galahoth's rule had done to the Adeptus Custodes.[1]
