The 4th Brotherhood of the Grey Knights is known as the 'The Prescient Brotherhood'.^[1]

Overview

Within the ranks of the 4th are the Chapter's most potent Psykers, and it is from this Brotherhood that the new Prognosticars are often chosen. The Prognosticars ability to predict danger before it occurs has made the 4th home to some of the greatest duelists in the Chapter's history. The Grand Master of the 4th is the Keeper of the Augurium.^[2]

• M42 - Following the prophecies of the Prognosticars, elements of the Brotherhood lead a series of preemptive strikes against Eldar conclaves thought to have links to the Ynnari, in which the Brotherhood detects the fateful patterning of convergent daemonic invocation.^[4]
• M42 - The Arks of Omen Campaign. Drystann Cromm leads the 4th Brotherhood against the forces of Angron in the Malak System. However Cromm along with at least 60 Grey Knights are lost at the hands of the Daemon Primarch and his horde.^[5]
