The Incaladion's Cry is a relic warpflame pistol of the Thousand Sons' Cult of Knowledge.[1]
It was created after the soul essences of the Forge World Incaladion's population were bound into the pistol, after they were slain by the Cult. When the bearer unleashes the Incaladion's Cry, the final psychic screams of those unfortunate souls wash over the target and overload their psyche with anguish and pain.[1]
