Inzar Taerus was a Dark Apostle in the Word Bearers Legion's Osseous Throne Chapter.[1]

A devout follower of the Ruinious Powers, Inzar had developed a strong brotherhood with the World Eaters during the Great Crusade due to taking part in their gladiatorial arena bouts. He thus led hordes of World Eaters during the final stages of the Siege of Terra, reestablishing some semblance of cohesion as they marched towards the Eternity Gate. During the battle for the Eternity Gate, Inzar mocked his former comrade Kargos Bloodspitter after his defeat at the hands of Nassir Amit, displaying his apparent disdain for the World Eaters.[1a] However not long after following the defeat of Angron at the hands of Sanguinius, the World Eaters lost whatever sanity they had left and turned on their own allies. This included Inzar, who was cut to pieces by a frenzied World Eater demanding blood for the blood god.[1b]
