Kar Duniash is the Segmentum Fortress^[1a] and a naval academy^[3] of Ultima Segmentum.^[1a] It is the site of a major shipyard that is the primary builder of Dominator Class Cruisers^[1b]

History

Following the resurrection of Roboute Guilliman and the formation of the Great Rift, Kar Duniash was one of the worlds which became stranded in the Dark Imperium.^[2] It currently is located perilously close to the Tau Fifth Sphere of Expansion.^[4]
