The Laughing God's Eye is an Eldar Harlequin relic.[1]
A pendant of rune-carved Wraithbone, this artifact is said to draw the watchful eye of Cegorach himself. Psychic powers die in the pendant's presence, for the Laughing God will not suffer his children be beset by the powers of the Warp. This aura of abnegation extends not only to the wearer, but also allies standing nearby.[1]
