Mandeep was a Historian who was a founding member of the Order of Interrogation, that Kyril Sindermann formed during the Horus Heresy's Battle for Terra.^[1]

History

They were tasked with recording the history of the Battle for Terra, even as it still raged, and were given permission to go where they wanted. Mandeep chose to focus on visiting the Imperial Palace's refuge camps, as he felt they contained a great wealth of material for the Order.^[1]
