The Night Watch are a Space Marine Chapter one of the Astartes Praeses Chapters which, according to the ancient tome Mythos Angelica Mortis, were created to guard the Eye of Terror^[1][5].

Notable Battles

• 13th Black Crusade: The Night Watch fielded 11 companies against the forces of Chaos.^[1]
• The Zeist Campaign: The Night Watch heeded the call of Lord Macragge, and provided Tactical squads to fight for the liberation of Augura (a staging point for the Tau forces).^[2b]
• The entire 5th Company was lost at the Battle of Silver River.^[3]
