Ousten Galael
Ousten Galael was a captain of the Blood Angels and founder of the Knights of Blood Chapter. A native of Baal Primus, he had a love of the Librarius and became a great scholar. He is known to have written an extensive history of the people of Baal and their ancient history. His chronicles were an important part of the culture of the Knights of Blood, especially after the Chapter was later excommunicated; it was all they had to connect them to Baal, which was now barred to the Chapter.[1]
